Rosemary 'Posy' Thompson, founder and qualifying broker, is a 28-year real estate veteran and a Certified Economic Developer who had spent much of her professional career working with members of rural communities.

“I have an affinity for understanding the concerns, interests and needs of rural community members.” Thompson is thrilled to offer her expert service to an area close to her heart—she lived in La Cienega during her high school years and currently resides in Vista Primera, where she is president of the Homeowner’s Association.

Thompson is one of 12 Certified Economic Developers in New Mexico. Choosing to combine her economic development expertise with her vast real estate knowledge was quite logical.

“Growth is inevitable for the south side. I’m eager to share my knowledge with others…to say let’s work together and make it fit. In my viewpoint, economic development is a community effort.”
